Overview
This design agency was developed to support internal brands and external clients with fresh, strategic, and impactful design solutions. I led the end-to-end brand creation, collaborating closely with leadership and external partners to define the agency’s identity, services, voice, and visual system.
From early conceptual exploration to final brand activation, I managed weekly cross-functional meetings, guided creative decision-making, and ensured that the emerging brand was cohesive, expressive, and aligned with business goals.
