Overview
This design agency was developed to support internal brands and external clients with fresh, strategic, and impactful design solutions. I contributed to the end-to-end brand creation, collaborating closely with leadership and external partners to define the agency’s identity, services, voice, and visual system.
From early conceptual exploration to final brand activation, I designed and executed key visual elements, participated in cross-functional meetings, and ensured the emerging brand was cohesive, expressive, and aligned with business goals.
The Challenge
• Develop a new creative agency brand from scratch, including mission, positioning, and offerings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to define services, tone, values, and long-term vision.
• Translate brainstorming sessions and abstract concepts into a distinct, memorable visual identity.
• Design the creative foundation and marketing assets to support the agency launch, including social media templates and website visuals.

1. Discovery, Strategy & Alignment
